PRIVACY NOTICE

In accordance with the provisions of articles 6. Section A, section II; 16, second paragraph of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; 7th. Second paragraph of the Political Constitution of the State of Jalisco; 20, 21, 22, 23; 25 section XV, of the Law of Transparency and Access to Public Information of the State of Jalisco and its Municipalities; 3, section II, 25, 26, 27 and 28 of the General Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Obligated Subjects; 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Obligated Subjects of the State of Jalisco and its Municipalities, we inform you that your personal data collected through requests, statements , notices, and/or other statements made by you, through remote or local means of electronic or printed communication, will be used and protected only by the Tourism Trust of the Metropolitan Zone of Guadalajara, with address at Calle Libertad number 1725 Colonia Americana in Guadalajara, Jalisco, C.P. 44160 in a database under the strictest confidentiality, in accordance with the laws, policies and procedures applicable to the matter.

The personal data that we collect personally or directly and that may be subjected to processing are described below:

a) Identification: name, address, telephone number, email address, signature, federal taxpayer registry (RFC), unique population registry key (CURP), date of birth, age, nationality, marital status.

b) Labor: Proof of Address, Registration with the Mexican Social Security Institute, Registration with the Tax Administration Service, Curp, two photographs, telephone number, Credit Certificate to Infonavit.

c) Academics: Proof of Studies.

d) Assets: interbank code, bank account number, bank name, branch number.

No sensitive data is collected.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The processing of personal data provided by you will have the sole and exclusive purpose of contracting professional services and acquiring goods from the Guadalajara Visitors and Convention Bureau, based on the provisions of article 18 of the General Law of Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Obligated Subjects.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be transferred and processed within the country, by persons other than the Guadalajara AC Convention and Visitors Bureau, so your information may be shared with the Credit Institution that acts, as long as it is necessary for the formalization of the legal acts to be celebrated or by virtue of the legal acts celebrated, with the understanding that your personal data will not be used for marketing or advertising purposes, nor will they be provided to third parties outside the Guadalajara AC Convention and Visitors Bureau. for these purposes, but only for those indicated in the previous paragraph. By virtue of the above, by signing this notice I authorize the Guadalajara AC Convention and Visitors Bureau to transfer my personal data under the terms described above.

Invariably, when transfers of personal data are made that require consent, the following must be informed: i) The authorities, powers, entities, bodies and government agencies of the three levels of government and the natural or legal persons to whom the personal data are transferred, and; ii) The purposes of the transfers must be stated.

MECHANISM TO DENY AND OR REVOCATE THE PROCESSING AND TRANSFER OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROVIDED

At the time you provide any personal data, you may deny any of the aforementioned treatments; at any time you may revoke the consent you have given for the processing of your personal data in order to stop using it. of the same, the above as long as the fulfillment of obligations contracted with the Guadalajara AC. Once your request has been submitted, the Guadalajara AC Convention and Visitors Bureau will respond to it within a maximum period of 10 business days.

PROCEDURE TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION OR OPPOSITION (ARCO) OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

ARCO rights may be exercised at any time, by means of a written request to the Guadalajara AC Convention and Visitors Bureau. The request must be made in respectful terms and comply with the following requirements:

I. If possible, the responsible area that processes the personal data and to which the request is submitted;

II. Name of the applicant holder of the information and the representative, if applicable;

III. Address or any other means to receive notifications;

IV. The documents with which you prove your identity and, where applicable, the personality and identity of your representative;

V. The description of the ARCO right that is intended to be exercised, or what the owner requests;

SAW. Clear and precise description of the data on which one seeks to exercise any of the ARCO rights, unless it is the right of access; and

VII. Any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data, if applicable.

Once the application is submitted and accepted, the Guadalajara AC. Convention and Visitors Bureau will issue the resolution within a maximum period of 10 ten business days. The above period may be extended once for up to five days, when circumstances justify it and as long as the owner is notified within the response period.

Likewise, we inform you that the retention periods for your personal data in the database will be for a minimum period of 10 years, unless the contractual relationship exceeds said period. Once these deadlines have elapsed, and if the purpose of the processing of personal data has been met, they will be canceled for subsequent deletion from the database.

MODIFICATION TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE

The Guadalajara AC. Visitors and Convention Office may modify this Privacy Notice at any time.
